Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Live Nation Entertainment is looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in the field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Train, coach, and mentor contact center staff to ensure consistent quality service - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations


Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of success in a contact center management role - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Experience with contact center technology and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
