Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Contact Center Manager to join our team at J.C. Penney. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote contact center operations in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Mid-to-Senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational goals. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure seamless communication. - Train and mentor contact center staff to enhance their skills and performance. - Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. - Proven experience in contact center management, preferably in a remote work setting. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Adaptable and resilient personality traits. - Emotional intelligence and persuasion as key soft skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
