Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time, entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the banking industry. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and support - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Utilize the company's CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on banking products, services, and industry regulations - Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions
