News Corp is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Contact Center Officer, working remotely from Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, passionate, creative, and enjoys conducting thorough research.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers and clients - Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Conduct market research and gather valuable insights to improve customer experience - Assist in data entry and maintenance of customer records - Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for customer engagement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Must be hardworking, passionate, and possess creativity and research skills
