Job Description:
Quanta Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, hardworking, innovative, and have strong people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Utilize email communication to assist customers with their queries and concerns - Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by Quanta Services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in handling difficult customer situations with professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus - Must be innovative and able to adapt to changing situations - People management skills are essential for this role
