Job Description: Vector Limited is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time, remote work position ideal for individuals looking to enter the customer service field. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers - Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and remotely - Hardworking and reliable - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
