Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

LawVu is seeking a confident and passionate Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues 4. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system 5. Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed 6. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service role 2. Confident and passionate approach to customer care 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think critically 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team 6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite 7. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
