Job Description:
Western Union is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support. 2. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries. 6. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer care operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or customer care management. 3. Energetic and confident personality traits. 4. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
