Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team. This position will be based remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring top-notch service to our clients - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Assist in the recruitment and training of new customer care team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and trustworthy - Strong planning skills and attention to detail - Emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
