Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Manager at Molina Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This part-time position requires a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of remote customer care representatives in providing top-notch customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Proven track record of success in customer service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and independent personality traits - Attention to detail and strong people management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
