Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wildfire is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our remote team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause and finding suitable solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist in processing orders and handling returns or exchanges. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Energetic and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
