Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Representative to join our team at Stanley Black & Decker. As a remote worker based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve complex issues

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable with remote work and using virtual communication tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a must
