Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Phillips 66. This is a part-time remote work position located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a resourceful and hardworking personality. Strong soft skills in creativity and people management are also required for this role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems - Identify trends in customer concerns and provide feedback to improve products and services - Assist in developing and implementing customer care strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously strive to improve customer care processes and procedures


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong soft skills in creativity and people management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
