Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven Customer Care Specialist to join our team at VF. This is a remote work position based in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Use strategic planning and people management skills to optimize customer care processes - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights on customer behavior and preferences - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule - Thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
