Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Unum Group. This is a remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate level role, the Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confident and independent with the ability to work remotely - Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
