Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Goldman Sachs Group is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team as a remote worker in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, reliable, and possess strong presentation and planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide personalized assistance to customers with their account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM systems to track and document customer interactions and resolutions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent presentation and planning skills - Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently - No previous experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role
