Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job description:


We are looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our remote team at Cablevision Systems in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead, train, and motivate a team of remote customer service representatives. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a virtual team. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
