Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Wellington, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery - Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively and in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive business growth - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancement - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences - Develop strategic plans to retain and acquire customers - Train and mentor customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure departmental goals are met


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of successfully managing customer service operations - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and energetic personality - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Strong research skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
