Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


XPO Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality service. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and able to work independently. - Attention to detail and a focus on innovation. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
