Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing product information, technical support, and assistance with orders. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Handling escalated customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 7. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies. 4. Experience working in a remote environment and proficiency with virtual communication tools. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
