Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assist with strategic planning to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 7. Cooperation and strategic planning soft skills.
