Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our team at BlackRock, a leading financial services company, in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account-related issues, product/service information, and general inquiries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Prior experience in people management - Innovative thinking to improve customer service processes - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
