Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Providing product and service information to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude with all customers. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. 4. A dedicated work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility. 5. Confidence in handling difficult customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
