Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis from Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is an entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for a confident and driven individual who possesses strong planning and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Processing orders and coordinating with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records in the database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience. 7. Providing feedback on customer trends and preferences to management.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
