Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


LifePoint Health, a leading healthcare company, is currently seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Auckland, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with documenting customer interactions, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.


Requirements: - Confident and resourceful individual with strong communication skills - Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
