Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and motivated, with excellent planning and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to customers - Assist with order processing and fulfillment - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
