Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Casey’s General Stores is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive and seamless experience. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention. 4. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve any escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Utilize resources effectively to address customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations. 6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction. 7. Develop creative strategies to enhance the overall customer experience while achieving company goals.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen and empathize with customers. 3. Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions. 4. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
