Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Tenet Healthcare is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our offerings - Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Use decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and provide solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Assist in the development of customer success initiatives and strategies


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Driven and reliable, with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions for customers - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
