Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Ryman Healthcare. This is a remote work position based in Wellington, NZ.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support - Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide training as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Prepare and deliver presentations to customers as needed - Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our products and services


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively present information to customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
