Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at DISH Network, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients remotely from Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. You will be a critical part of our team, helping to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to address any issues or concerns they may have - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with their products - Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer success processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems - Energetic and eager to help customers and provide excellent service - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable with remote work and using online collaboration tools
