Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Performance Lab is seeking a hardworking and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for remote work. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email, phone, and live chat to provide exceptional support and resolve any issues or inquiries they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers - Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve overall customer experience - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
