Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This position is remote, providing flexibility for the right candidate. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Manage customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with the company - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Provide product information and support to customers as needed - Track customer interactions and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with customer retention initiatives and outreach efforts

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
