Job Description - Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Community Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are able to effectively utilize our services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement in our products and services - Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure clear communication and understanding of needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Strong innovation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams - Experience working remotely and managing customer relationships from a distance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
