Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team at PayPal Holdings. This is a remote, part-time position based in Wellington, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction -Provide product training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products -Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer retention -Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience -Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions -Develop and implement strategies to reduce customer churn and increase customer lifetime value -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and offerings
Requirements: -6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field -Motivated and energetic personality with strong emotional intelligence and adaptability -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting -Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
