Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dana Holding is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Proactively engage with customers to provide ongoing support and guidance - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer satisfaction and account health

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Creative problem-solving skills - Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
