Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This position will be remote work based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer usage and provide insights to drive product improvements - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions - Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our products - Proactively identify and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction - Compile and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate - Gym membership and paid overtime benefits - Equal opportunity employer
