Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team at Expeditors International of Washington. This is a remote work position based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer success, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Analyze customer data and feedback to spot trends and drive continuous improvement - Provide product demonstrations and train customers on best practices - Monitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to prevent issues - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements: - Energetic and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Excellent people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in customer success or a similar role - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
