Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team at Illinois Tool Works. This is a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of our offerings - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying at-risk customers and developing strategies to retain them - Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics to internal stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
