Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. This is a remote work position based in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our guests and clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 3. Provide information about our products and services to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. 5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Leadership skills to handle escalated customer issues. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work part-time hours.
