Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job description:

Parrot Analytics is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team in Nelson, NZ. As a customer support assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with any questions or issues they may have. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent support across all channels

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong time management and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
