Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Insight Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Wellington, NZ. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support requests. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support operations. 6. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures. 7. Stay informed about product updates and promotions to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 2. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 3. Effective planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
