Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Vista Group International is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Overseeing customer support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Developing and implementing customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Analyzing customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Collaborating with other departments, such as product development and sales, to address customer feedback and enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong research and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience managing a team in a remote work environment - Experience in customer support operations and managing customer relationships - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
