Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Universal Health Services is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support and possess a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery. 2. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Provide ongoing training and support to customer support team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality. 2. Strong problem-solving and creativity skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 6. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
