Job Description:
Omnicom Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team remotely in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our customer support team and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide timely and effective assistance to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional and efficient manner. 7. Prepare and present reports on key metrics and performance indicators to senior management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. Independent and energetic personality traits required. 7. Strong people management and presentation skills necessary. 8. Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
