Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team at Silver Fern Farms. This is a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their overall experience - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers


Requirements: - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
