Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Officer to join our team at WEC Energy Group. This is a part-time remote position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with billing questions, service inquiries, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update database with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
