Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team at Air New Zealand. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, both over the phone and through email. This is a remote work position, based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position, with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with booking flights, changing reservations, and answering general questions about Air New Zealand's services. 2. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency. 3. Communicate with other departments within the company to resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information. 4. Assist in developing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures. 5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Air New Zealand's services, products, and offerings. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 6.
