Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time position is entry level, perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2.
