Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Representative at Seaboard, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it perfect for energetic and dedicated individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and assist customers with placing orders or processing returns. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality traits to effectively engage with customers and provide top-notch service. 2. Strong cooperation and people management skills to work well with team members and handle various customer personalities. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using computers and customer support software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
