Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Rockwell Automation is seeking a reliable and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote work based out of Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Knowledge of CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
